The walk on 20th April was fantastic such a lovely night if not a little bit windy up the top! Unfortunately we did have a few people let us down at the last minute however the atmosphere was brilliant, people dressed up, bought balloons in case lanterns wouldn't float due to wind. Were just waiting for 1 more sponsor form then all money can be submitted via this website. I'd like to thank everyone who took part and all those who have sponsored us! Hello Everyone! me & my dad were out at 7:30 trying to see how far we could get up the Wrekin! We found the only way to just get there was A5 way which was difficult enough! But once there was a complete and utter nightmare, turning around, parking, starting to move! We got stuck on numerous occasions. Also with the open parts of the Wrekin with this frozen snowdrift is a risk factor! That's not including the continuous snow & freezing of today to add to it! It kills me to postpone today and I apologise but the risk is to great and much as we don't want anything to stop us, we still need to be safe! We WILL be doing it! Thank You x
